Requesting NCFMA members "Call to Action"
Tomorrow at 9 AM the House of Representatives Finance committee will hear comments related to finance only on Senate bill 166. Most likely it will then go to Rules. If you are able, we request your attendance in these committee hearings.
As mentioned yesterday, we are working closely with other stakeholders to try and find compromise on these sections but it doesn't appear that will occur for now because of that, we would ask that you engage members of both finance and rules committee if you are a constituent of their districts.
